- OC-ALC/LPKAB DIR CONTRACTING/PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AD2/109B TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032 has a 3-Year requirements type contract with a one year basic period and two one-year options anticipated for 169 each, CASE, FAN AIRCRAFT, NSN 2840-01-211-2059, P/N 9686M90G11. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 OCT 1984 and the the requirements for FAR 9.202(a) do not apply. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 8 NOV 02. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 9 DEC 02. The approximate award date will be 09 JAN 03. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. It is suggested that small business firms and others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation.
