Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to enter into a SOLE SOURCE purchase order with RSB Consulting to provide assistance for the Museum Program, to include assistance with exhibit preparation and creating photo documentation of museum objects, and also matting and mounting of museum materials, photos, posters, etc. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed priced purchase order. The period of performance will be from date of award through December 30, 2003. The proposed requirment is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible source may submit a quotation which, it timely recieved, shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responsed to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) package is not available.
