Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 20,278 usable square feet of office and related space on a month to month basis with immediate occupancy. Available space must be within a five-minute commute from the Los Angeles Airport and must be on the second floor or higher of a quality building of sound and substantial construction, recognized as a modern office-type building, having fully adequate means of ingress and egress. An open office area which includes approximately five private offices and a conference room is preferred and the space must be fully serviced. Offers for space will be evaluated for lease award based upon cost, location, compliance with accessibility requirements related to ADAAG and UFAS and the level of compliance with the current UBC as described in FEMA 310, "Handbook for the Seismic Evaluation of Buildings". Based upon future space requirements of the Government, the space may need to be altered further with additional tenant improvements, which may include the possibility of expansion, therefore, the space must demonstrate the potential for an efficient layout.
