Description

NA This sources sought announcement is for the purpose of market research. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is soliciting sources interested in providing medical surveillance. We anticipate a three-year (one base year and two option yea rs) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. There are approximately 200 participants located in a five state area. This area includes Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan. The Contractor would be required to perform occupational hea lth exams for environmental employees, divers, commercial drivers, boat operators, crane operators, and the general workforce. Interested business firms are requested to submit literature, brochures, and capability summaries identifying, at a minimum, bus iness size, and past and/current performance on similar contracts with contract numbers and applicable points of contact and current telephone numbers. Information must be received by November 18, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. (local time).
