- Synopsis: This is a firm fixed-price requirements type contract for the APX-103 System, applicable to the E-3 ACFT. This contract will cover a basic contract period and six option years. Delivery Schedule: 30 DAYS ARO or REPS, whichever is later. The approximate issue date will be 22 Nov 02 with the approximate response date of 23 DEC 02. The buyer is JASON J.
