As a result, Solicitation, Section C: Proposal Preparation Instructions, Paragraph 1a, 6th Sentence, is hereby changed to read: Offerors must submit one original, one copy of their proposal, and five electronic copies (can be on CD-ROM) compatible with Microsoft Office software.
