Description

Provide the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center (CC), Nursing and Patient Care Services (NPCS) strategic consultation concerning program development and evaluation; provide assistance in completing ongoing investigations and preparing new protocols that are consistent with the short and long term objectives of the CC NPCS model and organizational framework. Contractor's tasks must provide assistance in development of statistical analysis plans; guidance on data entry, preparation and validation; data management; development of scoring algorithms; development of data files consistent with analysis plan; statistical analyses: SPSS or SAS programming for any or all aspects of the analyis plans; analysis, including delivery of statistical programs, input and output files; guidance with data review and post hoc analyses; interpretation of results; selection of appropriate conferences and journals for dissemination; scientific review of abstract and manuscripts; identification of opportunities for studies involving secondary analyses; development of new protocols, including guidance on related literature, hypothesis development, selection of instruments and observation intervals, and analytical approach; scientific review of new protocols and meet with individual staff members on an as needed basis to dicuss stratetic collaboration and dissemination
