Description: Reroof buildings 11, 51 corridor and 52 at the NCTR. Total square feet to be removed and re-roofed is 31,664. Remove existing roof systems down to deck, repair all damage to deck and prepare deck to receive new roofing system. Install new Modified Bitumen Roofing System according to specifications. Must have 20-year NDL warranty covering all materials and workmanship. See number note 1.
