- Solicitation for End Item: B-1B Aircraft, NSN: 1560-01-316-7180, PR: FPG02123000918, Panel, Structural, Ai, McDonnell Douglas Corp, Sub of Boeing Company, Cage 43999, P/N: L3223888-027. Critical Application Item. Quantity: 2 each. 100% Option Quantity Applies Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition, only one source. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery within 150 Days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a basic ordering agreement. This synopsis shall refer to Numbered Note 22 and should state that it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. If it is determined by the responses to the notice of proposed sole source contract action that more than one source can meet the Government?s needs, the buyer shall solicit offers using competitive proposals. Note 22 applies to this procurement.
