- NSN 3950-01-166-3760, Drum, friction, bronze. Nominal dimensions are 21 1/2 in. dia., 12 in. length, 19 in. inside dia. Made from cast bronze. 88 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 150 days after date of award; 41 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA in 150 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 15 Nov 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. Federal, military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
