- Medical Consultant Services with specialties in Cardiology, Psychiatry, Neurology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, and Speech and Language Pathology are needed, various between 4 and 24 hours per week, dependent on specialty, to review medical evidence in Federal Disability claims. No patient contact involved. Review must be performed at the Regional Office in Seattle, Washington. The period of performance is a base of 12 months with four additional one-year optional performance periods. RFP to be issued o/a 11/15/02. Request for the solicitation package must be received in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit a proposal, which will be considered.
