Description
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Seeks Space for Lease Central Business Area, Denver, Colorado Requirements: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury, is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of an initial requirement of between 21,200 - 25,000 contiguous BOMA rentable square feet. Space must also be capable of fully meeting disabled accessibility and seismic safety requirements and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain. Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. Location: The building must be located within the following delineated area: North boundary - Delgany Street; South - Colfax Avenue; West - Speer Boulevard; and East - Lincoln Street. Occupancy: Space must be ready for commencement of tenant improvements by April 1, 2003. Lease Terms: Ten (10) years firm with two (2) five (5) year options. Response to Include: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable and usable square footage and rate per rentable and usable square foot 3. Method of measurement for the space 4. Common area factor 5. Date space is available 6. Proposed floor 7. Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
