- Amendment: This action originally publicized in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) dated 9/09/02, is amended as follows: a) The Contracting Officer has been changed from ?Mr. Statia McNeese? to ?Mr. Terry Clark?. b) The Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) will be released on November 6, 2002. An electronic version will be posted to the Government Website www.fedbizops.gov. and to the MALD program office ATIMS website. c) An Industry Day presentation has been scheduled on Wednesday November 6, 2002 in building 260 from 8:00 ? 12:00.
