- Description
- The contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supervision, material, supplies, equipment, tools and all other items necessary to provide: EXCAVATOR, CRAWLER, HYDRAULIC, LONG CRAWLER TYPE, ONE PIECE BOOM, GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The following specifications and dimensions shall apply to the purchase of one each hydraulic crawler excavator. The completed excavator shall be equipped with all equipment required to function as defined by this specification. Completed excavator must meet all applicable safety and emission standards, according to EC (European Community). MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP: All equipment furnished shall be the manufacturer's latest design and shall meet all the applicable requirements and specifications. GUARANTEE: The equipment must be guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of min. one (1) year after the machine is delivered, provided the machine is properly serviced, maintained, and operated under normal conditions and according to the manufacture's instructions. FINISH: The complete machine with all steel components shall have the following minimum protective coatings applied: One prime coat and one finish coat of paint. Color: Standard 1) OPERATING WEIGHT: - Min. 20600 kg Operating weight, 2) ENGINE: - Diesel engine, direct injection, water-cooled, - Min.: 6 Cylinder turbocharged, min.106 KW, - Total displacement min.: 5,9 Liters, electronic engine speed control, - Auto-idling selector returns the engine to minimum rpm when all controls are in neutral position, - Electrical automatic cold start device, 3) HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: - Advanced hydraulic system, the engine shall deliver min. four power levels selected by the operator using pushbuttons on the control console, - Fully controlled by the onboard computer, engine power output is automatically modified when the buttons are pressed, increasing or decreasing hydraulic power in relation to the requirements of the work in hand, - Heavy power, Power, Medium and Economy selections are required, - Working mode selector for maximum productivity and operating precision is also mandatory, for excavation, grading, precision and special attached equipment, - Cold climate system required, -Two independent variable flow rate pumps with min. 185 liters per minute are required, - All cylinders shall be equipped with hydraulic stroke-end cushioning, - Shock less system. 4) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 24 Volt System, min. 2 maintenance free batteries 12 Volt each min.100 Ah, alternator min. 55 Amp. 5) TRANSMISSION: - Hydrostatic, two speed, two axial piston travel motors, - Two automatic disc brakes, min. 70% continuous grade ability, automatic downshift device, travel speed min. 5,5 km/h, 6) SWING MOTOR: - 1 axial piston, with automatic disc brake, grease bath swing ring, swings speed min. 13 rpm, - Automatic downshift device. 7) UNDERCARRIAGE: - X-frame undercarriage design, reinforced track chain with life lubricated idlers and rollers, - Link pitch min. 190mm. Track rollers: min. 8 on each side, length of track on ground min. 3650 mm, - Shoe width min. 600mm. 8) OPERATOR CAB: - Mounted on 6 maintenance free oil filled dampers, air conditioning/standard heating system for the entire cab, air suspended operator seat, 9) CONTROLS: - Two cross pattern piloted levers control all equipment movements and turret slewing, - Two pedals with detachable hand levers, control all track movements, counter rotation included, - A safety lever neutralizes the pilot circuit completely, - Quick warm up circuit for immediate availability of machine functions in cold climate conditions. 10) DIGGING DATA: Digging reach min.: 9400mm Digging depth min.: 6000mm Cutting height min.: 9200mm Arm digging force min.: 12000kg Bucket digging force min.: 14500kg 11) ATTACHMENTS: Hydraulic quick hitch system on the dipper stick, 1 Each (NSP*) Bucket min. 740mm - max. 760 mm width with teeth, 1 Each (NSP*) Bucket min 1400mm - max. 1600 mm width with teeth, 1 Each (NSP*) Slope finishing bucket min. 1900mm - max. 2100 mm width, 1 Each (NSP*) and hydraulic swing. Electric refueling pump, - Boom linkage bushings with oil-impregnated micro pores, for service intervals: min. 250 working hours for the booms and min. 100 working hours for the bucket, - Centralized boom lubrication, -Antidrop valves for lift cylinder, with over load warning system. SPECIFICATIONS FOR HYDRAULIC HAMMER 14) FRONT ATTACHMENT: Operating Weight: min. 1600 Kg Impact frequency: min. 670 bpm Oil flow: min. 150 lpm Operating pressure: min. 160 kg/cm2 Power: min. 4000 Joule Tool diameter: 126 mm The front attachment shall consist of: - Gas charged piston without accumulator, - Two-moving-parts design hammer, for reliability, - Replaceable cylinder sleeves for easy, economical rebuild, - Tool bushings engineered for quick and easy replacement, - Separate parts for an air line for underwater use, - Threaded tool holder, - Shock absorbing mounting bracket, - Special heavy-duty rubber mounts to absorb shock, recoil and impulse vibration, - Replaceable cylinder bushings, - Low noise design, IAW CE Regulations, - Mounting bracket to quick changer to the excavator, - Connection hoses to excavator, - Chisel, - Tool Box with manometer, 14) TECHNICAL SERVICES & TOOLS The services of at least one competent technician, trained in the use and operation of the excavator shall be furnished for a period of max. one week during normal working hours after delivery of the equipment. 15) TECHNICAL MANUALS The successful bidder shall supply two sets of operator?s manuals, service manuals, parts books, wiring diagrams and applicable technical information. Manuals shall be provided in English and German language.
