Description

Naval Hospital Jacksonville Florida has a requirement for a lease/reagent agreement to include equipment and consumables to perform chlamydia and trachomatis and neisseria gonnorrhoeae testing. Equipment and assays/reagents must be approved by the FDA specifically for this testing. Vendor shall be responsible for maintenance of the equipment. It is the intention of the government to award a sole source contract to Genprobe for this requirement. Requests for the RFQ shall be accepted by fax, phone, e-mail, or hard copy.
