Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Newport, Rhode Island intends to issue a Purchase Order to J. Guy Reynolds Associates, Inc. on a sole source basis. NUWC requires analyses, evaluations, and assessments related to the development of platforms, weapons, sensors and combat systems for Anti-Submarine Warfare requirements. Based on the results, the contractor will be required to conceptualize and recommend specific areas of interest and future directions for NUWC. The contractor is required to have broad experience in a wide variety of areas of importance to NUWC. The contractor is required to have served in positions of authority in military operation and acquisition commands; Joint Intelligence; research, development, test and evaluation in related areas; and coordination of bi- and multilateral foreign agreements. Operational experience includes command of submarines, surface ships, and a submarine force. Acquisition experience includes undersea weapon and combat system development. FAR Part 13 procedures will be followed. NAICS Code is 541330. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
