Description

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, repair parts, tools, and equipment, and shall plan schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services for Mechanical Operations and Maintenance at the JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn St. & USPO, 211 S. Clark St., Chicago, IL. Contract period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2008. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns and a commercial item acquistion. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790 with a size standard of $6 million GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about October 3, 2002. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. It is also the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be November 4, 2002 at 2:00 PM CST (Chicago). A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 10, 2002 at 9:00 am, Rm 3783A, at the above location. Refer to the Security Requirements in Section J, Exhibit 6 of the solicitation in order to attend the walk-thru following the conference.
