Description

Provide all necessary labor, material, supervision and equipment for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities throughout the following Property Management Centers: Atlanta, GA North; Atlanta, GA South; Atlanta, GA Central Savannah; Birmingham, AL; Nashville, TN; Memphis, TN; Up to four (4) contracts will be awarded for each service center. This will be an Indefinity Quantity Construction Contract with the ability to perform construction projects ranging from $2,000.00 to $100,000.00. The estimated cost of construction for a given year for each area under this contract is approximately $2,000.00. This solicitation will be procured in accordance with FAR 15.1, Source Selection Procedures, using the "best value concept" in making the selections. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000.00 may be competed among the selected firms for each area unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. Services shall be provided for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year unilateral options on the part of the Government. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAIC for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The anticipated date of issuance is October 17, 2002.
