- Description
- Scope of work consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government-owned and leased facilities at various locations in the State of Minnesota. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s). Individual delivery orders will be placed utilizing pre-priced line items as stated in the solicitation. The approximate quantity of construction services anticipated to be performed under this contract is $2 million per year. The contract will be for two years, with the option of extending the contract period for three one-year periods. The requirement is being solicited through full and open competition. Woman-owned, Hubzone, Veteran-owned and Small Disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. Best value method will be used to determine awardee. The Government may make multiple awards under the subject solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Proposals will be opened privately, therefore the number of proposals received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Request for Proposals will be available on or about MAY 31, 2002. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified building information (SBU). For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requester must complete and sign the attached Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors. In addition, the following information must be submitted and or provided by the requester via the spaces provided in the Notice. 1. Copy of business license 2. Company's Dun and Bradstreet number 3. Valid Tax Identification Number 4. A valid picture state driver's license ( for person(s) picking up SBU documents) The Notice shall be submitted to the point of contact cited herein. No e-mail copies will be accepted; however facsimiles will be accepted. After verification of the preceding information, the requester will be designated as an authorized user and a copy of the solicitation will be released in compact disc form to the requester. Please read the notice carefully as it contains additional requirements and information regarding SBU building information. THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE WILL BE AT LEAST 30 DAYS FROM ISSUANCE DATE.
