Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is F1TTG122240200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 511130. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: (0001) Item IATA0001. Book. Iata Dangerous Goods Regulations, 44th Edition, effective January 1, 2003, Quantity =207 each. (0002) Item EARLY0001. Book. Early CFR Title 49, Parts 100-185; Revised October 2002, Quantity =1 each. (0003) Item IMO0001. Book. IMDG Code 2002 Edition, (incorporates Amendment 31-02); Revised Oct 2002, Quantity =107 each. (0004) Item IMO0002. Book. IMDG Supplement 2002 Edition (A4 binder format), Quantity = 107 each. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: 345 TRS/TTT- F1TTG, 1015 FEMOYER ST Bldg 10900,(2nd Floor), Lackland AFB TX 78236-5404 no later than 30 days after award of contract. The provision FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
