- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR number: F1DET122200400. . (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 337127, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This RFQ contains seven line item(s): CLIN 0001: Picnic Tables 50ea. CLIN 0002: Picnic Tables 10ea. CLIN 0003: Bench 17ea. CLIN 0004: Portable Grill 4ea. CLIN 0005: Wind Guard for grills 4ea. CLIN 0006: Strong Leg Bracing 4ea. CLIN 0007: Camp Stove Grills 30ea (vi) CLIN 0001: Picnic Tables, recycled plastic step over table, Belson Outdoors Model 7623 or equal, 30"H x 60"W x 72"L, color: cedar. CLIN 0002: Picnic Tables, recycled plastic step over table, Belson Outdoors Model 7633 or equal, 30"H x 60"W x 96"L, color: cedar. CLIN 0003: Hollywood Bench, recycled plastic, Belson Outdoors Model HB72 or equal, 6'length, Top color: cedar, Frame color: cedar. CLIN 0004: Portable Grill, Belson Outdoors Model PG-2460-I or equal, 38"H x 28"W x 72"L. CLIN 0005: Wind Guard, Belson Outdoors Item #PG-1260 or equal, 12" x 60", used with grill to guard against wind. CLIN 0006: Strong Leg Bracing, Belson Outdoors Item #PG-XBRACE or equal, 60", used with grill to provide additional strength in leg. CLIN 0007: Camp Stove Grills, Belson Outdoors Model FC-1193-BHC or equal, 18" x 24". Please provide the following information with your offer: Cage Code, DUNS No., TIN, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, GSA Contract No. (if applicable). (vii) Delivery location Det 1, 15 SPTG/CD, BLDG 503, Outdoor Recreation, Bellows AFS, HI 96795. Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: lowest price technically acceptable. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
