Description

GSA SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE The General Services Administration seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office space. The Government presently occupies 50,973 usable square feet of office space in Portland CBD. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by September 2004. AMOUNT OF SPACE: 50,973 usable square feet of office and court related office space together with nine (9) structured off-street parking spaces. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Must be within the Portland, OR Central Business District,. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and duplication of existing tenant improvements are to be included in the rental consideration. TERM: The lease will be for a period of ten years, seven years firm.
