Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,005 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, for occupancy by the U. S. Customs Service for a term of 15 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in the year 2003. The space must be on the second floor or higher for security reasons. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Minot, North Dakota. The delineated area boundaries are the following: North-Central Avenue, South-Seventh Avenue, East-Front Street and Seventh Street, and West-Broadway. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, including build to suit, will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Minot, North Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
