Description: The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to issue a sole source contract to L3 Communications. The procurement is for maintenance of six x-ray machines with the performance period of one year. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. .
