Description

The Food and Drug Administration, OFACS intends to award on a sole source basis to TRIRIGA, Inc. of Las Vegas, NV for the Facility Center Software Annual Maintenance and support. The order is for an annual maintenance subscription to provide the updates since Peregrine developed this COTS software product and sold it and the rights to Tririga. It is the only company known that can provide updates to their codes. This award will be done using the Simplified Acquisition procedures. A solicitation document is not available. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.213-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.232-33 Electronic Funds Transfers.
