Description: RCO Far East is intending on awarding a sole source Purchase Order to Anteon Corporation for the installation of a secondary BTMS server. The server will become the primary server and the current server will become the standby server. This server will augment the BITEK Telecommunications Management System (BTMS) that is currently in place. This contract action has been deemed noncompetitive because the BTMS is a proprietary product marketed, serviced and owned by Anteon/Bitek. The additional cost of re-procurement of another system is not justified at this time.
