- Description
- The work consists of the contractor to disassemble, clean, inspect, test, and make necessary repairs to a 5 megawatt Worthington steam driven turbine and electric machinery generator set at Eielson?s Central Heat and Power Plant. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 234930 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA THE INTERNET FOR VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING AT www.eps.gov. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 90 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.edi.disa.mil to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 9 Jul 02.
