Modification: This modification is being issued to notify the interested parties, who responded by the response date of 10 Aug 2002, that a copy of the solicitation is hereby posted to the FedBizOpps. A copy will also be posted to our website in the near future. Once the website is ready another modification will be posted to provide the website address and all future correspondence will be handled through this website. Proposals are due on 28 Oct 2002 and the Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 22 Oct 2002. Questions about the solicitation are due 10 days prior to the pre-proposal conference date.
