Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for mainframe software maintenance. The Department of Justice, subject to availability of funds, intends to issue an award on a sole source basis to Compuware Corporation, for mainframe software maintenance using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for commercial items under FAR Subparts 12.6. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please see attached solicitation for additional information.
