- NA This is a Request for Quotes to provide secure storage of approximately 3,400 Government records to include records delivery and pickup, destruction/disposal and or shredding. This should be accomplished in complete and strict accordance with the specific ations and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. A Government contract will be awarded for one base period of 12 months ( October 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003), plus an option for the Government to renew for three (3) additional p eriods of 12 months each. Those wishing to quote should quote pricing for the base period as well as each of the ensuing option years, should the Government exercise their option to renew. THIS QUOTE IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS CODE: 49 3110. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of September 18, 2002 and an approximate due date of September 25, 2002 at 1:00 P.M.
