NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DAKF06-02-T-0041 is under Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT- Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 252.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation incorporates provision and clauses th at are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. 1 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The proposed purchase order will be 100% set-aside for small business, the NAICS code is 315999 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. 3. The agency need is for the following: CLIN 0001, Parka, Gore-Tex Best Defense, Lightweight, Rain, Woodland pattern, with gore-tex patch on shoulders and sleeves and waterproof armpit zippers, brand name or equal. Equal products shall meet the following salient characteristics: material must be breathable, waterproof, to include leakproof seams, water resistant, durable, resistant to the following contaminates: diesel and jet fuels, motor oils, DET insect repellent, weapons lubricants, able to tolerat e all weather conditions and rugged terrain.
