Description: The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), APHIS, Wildlife Services intends to issue a sole source contract to the company Datron World Communications, Inc. The procurement is for twenty-five (25) P-25 Guardian Portable Radios and one-hundred forty-nine (149) P-25 Guardian Truck-Mounted Mobile Radios. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. . The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 334310.
