Description

It is the Governments intent to solicit Request for Quotations for the items found on the attached Standard Form 18 as specified in the NCTR specifications found within to provide: A Standing Deliver Order for Purina Mills NIH-31, Standard Rodent Chow as modified by NCTR's Specifications (See Attachment J-1), with maximum limitations on microbiology, chemistry, and form/shape of diet. Studies in which diet is the critical and controlling factor have received Purina Mills, Inc. 5022-3-C2N NIH-31 feed as modified to meet NCTR's Specifications, and a change may result in jeopardizing the scientific integrity of the studies. FOB Point Destination. This is a 100% set-aside for small business, firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 22, 23.*****
