- This amendment provides a corrected solicitation schedule Section B to clarify the number of months estimated for the base period at 8 months (Feb 1 - Sept 30, 2003), and to provide additional clarification within Section B of the solicitation the award fee amount is not-to-exceed up to $25,000 for each six months period. Depending on the period of time for the intial period of performance (which will depend upon when the contract is actually awarded), the amount of award fee available will not exceed an amount pro-rated per month to an annual amount of $50,000 or a six month amount of $25,000. The date and time for receipt of proposals remains unchanged at September 23, 2002, 4 p.m. EST. This amendment is only for the Washington, D.C. solicitation; an RFP for the Fort Worth, TX requirement is under review and has not yet been issued.
