- The proposed requirement is issued in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). A copy of solicitation, MDA112-02-T-0059 is attached to this announcement. Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure one (1) each, Switchers with Training, Echolab P/N 5700-B w/options. The suggested supplier and part numbers are provided for reference only. FOB destination to McClellan, CA (Switcher) and Hessen Germany (Training). Delivery is thirty (30) days after contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror?s shall furnish manufacturer name and model/part numbers of the items proposed, failure to do so may result in the rejection of the proposal as unacceptable. Offeror?s proposing to provide other than the requested items shall include specification data sufficient to enable the government to determine that the offered items are equivalent to the items identified in the solicitation. The solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-9. This solicitation is a 100% for small business set-aside, the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220 (Size: 750 employees). All responses to this solicitation must make reference to MDA112-02-T-0059. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must comply with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial Items. Also contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to register, you may apply through the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to provide any of the required documents referenced in this notice may render your proposal unacceptable and ineligible for an award.
