This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED and written solicitations will not be issued. AAQ020019 is issued as a Request for Quotation, is set-aside for small business with a small business size standard of 500, and incorporates the following provisions and clauses. FAR 52.212-01 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-03 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (complete and return with quotation); FAR 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-05 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.211-16 Variation in Quantity; FAR 52.219-06 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside; 9.1452.212-01 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items--Department of the Interior (Deviation); 9.1452.212-05 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items--Department of the Interior (Deviation); and, 9.1510.037 Electronic Funds Transfer Payments. Quotes may be submitted on letterhead and faxed to the attention of Contracting Officer @ 602.417.9462. All quotes are due NLT 4:00 PM 9/20/02.
