Description

1. Continuation of the Outreach and Admissions program in Maryland. Job Corps is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational, and support services to youth 16 through 24 years old in residential and non-residential settings. 2. RFP #3-JR-382-24 is for outreach and admissions services to result in the arrival of 1,400 enrollees at Job Corps centers in Region II. 3. It is anticipated that the resultant cost-reimbursement, incentive-fee, contract will run from May 1, 2003 through April 30, 2005 with three option years, exercised at the Government's discretion. 4. A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 11, 2002 at 10:30 am at the The Curtis Center, Office of Job Corps, 170 S. Independence Mall West, Suite 815 East, Phila. PA 19106-3315. 5. The RFP will be issued on or about October 1, 2002. 6. Proposals will be due on or about November 1, 2002. 7. The RFP will also appear on the Job Corps web site http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. 8. The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
