- SOURCES SOUGHT TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL STUDY OF US ARMY RECRUITS AND RECRUITING PROCESSES UTILIZED BY HQ US ARMY 6TH RECRUITING BRIGADE AND SUBORDINATE ELEMENTS. The purpose of the study is to identify improvement areas within the recruiting processes and eliminate problem areas that contribute to non-attainment of goals. The study should identify behavioral factors contributing to non-success and provide suggestions for improvement. Examples include reducing the losses of DEP recruits, achieving consistency in monthly recruit processing, and exceeding established recruiting quotas. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and facilities required to perform the following services: (1) Research current processes utilized by recruiting facilities by performing interviews of five personnel to be identified by the Government; (2) Travel to facilities located in Southern California and Nevada to conduct interviews and data gathering; (3) Provide detailed written report on preliminary findings midway through collection efforts; (4) Conduct a final presentation at the HQ US Army 6th Recruiting Brigade facility in North Las Vegas, NV at the conclusion of the study; (5) Provide a final detailed written report of findings to include, at a minimum, suggestions for improvement in processes and guidelines currently utilized by the HQ US Army 6th Recruiting Brigade. The desired time period is 45-60 days from start of performance. The Government will provide (1) Access to recruiting facilities for data collection efforts; (2) Detailed list of desired outcomes upon award. The 99th Contracting Squadron is currently looking for small businesses capable of providing this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System is 541720. The Small Business Administration has classified small businesses as those businesses that have earned $6,000,000 annual gross revenue or less for the last 3 fiscal years. The acquisition will be solicitated in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items.
