- Description
- The Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center (RMOTC), a DOE site with offices in Casper, Wyoming, is tasked with testing and demonstrating energy related technology in partnership with private industry, academia and other government offices, and with transferring the new technologies into industry with as broad an audience as possible. RMOTC intends to communicate these its capabilities and successes using an integrated approach to public relation, media relations, creative services and marketing. The contractor must become familiar with all aspects of RMOTC and provide all personnel, facilities, and other services necessary to support the communications program. The release date of the RFP will be 9/29/02. It is anticipated that the requirement will include two, one year options in addition to the initial one year contract period of performance.
