Description

The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the preparation and installation of a spray applied 100% acrylic fluid elastomeric coating system over an existing standing seam metal roof (SSMR) on the Dental Clinic, Bldg 304. NAICS for this solicitation is 235610 and the small business size standard is $12M annual gross income. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
