Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to competitively procure the repair, rework, modification, and testing of the T700-GE-401/401C Turboshaft Engines, Cold Section Modules (CSM), and Power Turbine Modules (PTM), in accordance with the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) and Army Engineering Directive (AED) 3441 for the Navy, and the DMWR and AED 3430 for the Army. The contractor shall provide all necessary parts, materials, labor, tooling, special tooling, test equipment and facilities necessary to perform this work. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The period of performance will be for a base period with four additional option years. Anticipated minimum quantities to be repaired, reworked, modified and tested during the base period will be approximately five (5) PTM, eleven (11) CSM, and one (1) Turboshaft Engine. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336412 with a size standard of 1,000. Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and HUBZone Small Businesses are encouraged to participate in this acquisition to the maximum extent.
