- Description
- The following additional information is provided relative to the Cancer Information Products and Systems (CIPS) synopsis posted September 04, 2002. All references contained within the September 04, 2002 synopsis referencing options for a) the maintenance and enhancement of the CIPS Citations Management Database, b) the development and implementation of an electronic system to update PDQ Directories and c) the development of interface for PDQ Directories online are deleted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 514191 with a size standard of $21,000,000. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N02-CO-31011-22 will be available on or about September 27, 2002 and receipt of proposals will be due on or about November 12, 2002. The RFP will only be available electronically and may be accessed through the National Cancer Institute's. Research Contracts Branch (RCB) Home Page at http://rcb.nci.nih.gov/. Once at RCB's Home Page select Current Requests for Proposals. All information required for the submission of a proposal will be contained in the electronic RFP package. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFP AND ANY AMENDMENTS. NCI plans to award one incrementally funded contract cost reimburseable completion contract with a five (05) year performance period. This advertisement does not commit the Government to award a contract. This proposed acquisition is a full and open competitive requirement. No numbered notes are applicable to this solicitation.
