Description

NA A five-year task order type contract to provide Command, Control, Communications (C3) Integration, Modification, Maintenance, Enhancement and Engineering Support (CTES) for the CH-47F, MH-47D/E/G, MH-6 and MK-60K/L/M. Software and engineering support will be purchased to develop software that will be integrated into the respective platforms. The CTES shall update and integrate changes to the Improved Data Modem (IDM) and follow-on common hardware and functional software capability to include all command, control, and communications functionality affected on the CH-47F, MH-47D/E/G and MH-60K/L/M helicopter platforms. Contractor shall furnish personnel, labor, facilities, equipment and material necessary to perform CTES, including software analysis, design, development, test and platform integration. The Contractor support will include, but not be limited to, the areas of: Software; Anomaly Analysis; Safety of Flight, Operational Readiness; Test Incident Reporting; and Technical Studies and Evaluations. T he Contractor will enhance, refine, and maintain the C3 functionality to include Improved Data Modem (IDM) Application Program Interfaces (API), communications and associated display interfaces and functionality, and affected Operational Flight Program (OF P) software in compliance with the statement of work and individual task orders. Contract will have firm fixed price, cost-reimbursement and time and material line items as appropriate. The necessary technical data, knowledge, and expertise exist at Rock well Collins Inc. Government Systems, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. Approved source is Rockwell Collins Inc. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
