Description

This solicitation is a competitive 8(a) set-aside IAW SBA Requirement Number 7700.02.202601. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, freight and services necessary to: (1) provide office furniture requirements to include design, procurement, installation, of all types of furniture requirements; (2) Provide storage, inventory, installation, repair of multi-floor coverings; floor covering materials may include but are not limited to: carpet, tile (ceramic, quarry, resilient, etc.), wood flooring, sheet goods (vinyl), and rubberized stair tread/nosing, cove base, etc. (3) Perform protective coating maintenance services for facilities on Schriever AFB, CO. The NIACS Code is 421210. The related small business size standard is 500 employees. The resulting contract will include a basic contract period and four option periods. The total of all 5 periods will not exceed $9.75M. Task Orders will be issued on the basis of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). All potential offerors are reminded, IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award in accordance with FAR 5.102(a). Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; the solicitation is available for download via the www.eps.gov. Opening and Closing dates are 01 May 02 and 07 Jun 02 respectfully.
