Description

NA This supersedes the announcement of 22 Aug 02. The proposed contract action is for construction for which the Government intends to award to CXT Precast Concrete Products of Spokane, Washington. The contractor will be required to construct, supply, deliv er, and install two Tioga Special Vault Toilets at Eastman Lake, Raymond, California. The CXT Tioga Special Vault Toilets manufactured by CXT Precast Concrete Products have specific features that meet the Government?s minimum requirements for use at feder ally run parks. The specific features are: (1) Toilet meets UFAS, ADA, and Title 24 regulations; (2) Toilet and its components are vandal resistant; (3) Toilet incorporates Sweet Smelling technology, which is the newest most environmentally safe ventilati on design and process. In response to this notice, all interested parties may respond or submit statements of qualifications. Submission should detail exactly how your toilet compares to the CXT Tioga Special Vault Toilet, especially addressing those feature listed above. Prov ide pamphlets and cut sheets for review. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government will consider responses received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not t o compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due no later than 13 Sep 02. This procurement will be conducted under Federal Supply Code Y199, SIC Code 1799, and NAICS Code 235990. The size standard for th is code is $11,500,000. The price range is between $0.00 to $100,000.00.
