Description

Sources sought notice for systematic inspection and maintenance of five (5) elevators located at 697 Hospital Road, Dyess AFB, and TX. The government reserves the right to exercise twenty-four (24) hour call back service during the duration of the contract at no cost to the government. The work to be performed under this contract will include but not be limited to the following items: regular systematic examination, adjustments and lubrication as required. Repair or replacement of the following: elevator machine, motor, generator and controller parts including mechanical parts. This is a request for information and not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately. A site visit will be held on 9 Sept 02 at 0900 for all interested parties. This contract type will be firm fixed price, small business set aside under NAIC 811310. We reserve the right to consider a small or small disadvantaged business set aside based on responses to this notice. Please include your relevant past corporate and government experience with similar contract requirements. Central Contract Registration (CCR) is mandatory. No paper copies will be issued and requests for solicitation will not receive a response.
