Description

The Management & Training Corporation, d.b.a.. Inland Empire Job Corps Center is currently seeking bids to replace existing building room entrance doors and casings. All bids submitted must include references from a Federal, State or City institution ( minimum of 3 ). Specifications are as follows: Existing South doors to be removed and their casings removed (demolished) on building F: F-2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12. Doors to be removed and their casings removed (demolished) on the North side of building F: F-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Existing South doors to be removed and their casings removed (demolished) on building G: G-2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10. Doors to be removed and their casings to be removed (demolished) on the North side of building G: G-3, 4, 5, and 6. Replace all door hardware as per scope of work. All doors must be painted to match existing door color. Repair and paint all casing around newly installed doors to match existing door colors. The Inland Empire Job Corps Center reserves the right to add or deduct door replacement as needed. A mandatory job walk is required to become familiar with this project, and to answer any questions submitted to IEJCC. A scope of work will be distributed at this mandatory job walk. No bids will be accepted by GC's not attending this job walk. All work will include a 90 day material warrantee and 1 year workmanship guarantee. The mandatory job walk is scheduled for October 7, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. in the main conference room at 3173 Kerry Street, San Bernardino, CA 92407. This site is a U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Center operated under contract to MTC.
