Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Blake Construction Company, c/o Northwestern Development Company (Blake), of Washington, DC, using simplified acquisition procedures. Blake is the lessor & provider of all utilities and lease services to the Government in the building located @ 1800 G Street, NW, Washington, DC. DOJ has a need for overtime HVAC services through the end of September, 2002. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Responses to this announcement must be received on or before April 8, 2002, 12:00 p.m. (eastern time) to be considered. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement [see Note 22].
