Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation for the removal of non-hazardous waste for the Western Currency Facility, located at 9000 Blue Mountain Road, Ft. Worth, TX 76131. This requirement is a total small business set-aside with an NAICS code of 562219 and a corresponding size standard of $10M. The BEP anticipates issuing the subject solicitation on or before July 15, 2002 for a Firm Fixed-Price type contract with a base year and four option years. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.epa.gov. Interested sources may submit a written request to be placed on the mailing list so they can be notified when the solicitation has been released. Firms may fax or e-mail their requests to (202) 874-2200 or cynthia.beckett@bep.treas.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer upon receipt of the solicitation, which shall be considered by the Agency.
