Description

NA Headquarters Fort Monroe, Staff Judge Advocate will be hosting a conference in Williamsburg, VA, beginning 9 Sept thru 13 Sept 2002. Conference must be held in Willamsburg due to the central location to all of the participants. Award will be made on a be st value basis. Needed facilities are more important then price. Necessary/Needed requirements are minimum of 50 single rooms available at Government per diem rates or lower from 8/9 Sept thru the evening of 12 Sept 2002. 1 Conference room capable of sea ting 75-100 attendees comfortably. Speakers' podium, 12' by 12' movie screen and any additional audio visual equipment that may be required. Two (2) additional breakout rooms, times needed will be determined later. Separate rooms for 2 evening meetings that must accomodate 50/60 persons. One working luncheon with facilities for a guest speaker must be available on site, date to be determined later. Communications room with telephone lines capable of accessing outside local and long distance credit card calls and ability to hook up government furnished computer with modem. Registration table will be available outside the main meeting room from 7AM until 5:30PM, 9-12 Sept and 10AM 13 Sept 2002. Refreshments and snack foods are nogotiable for the morning /afternon/evening breaks. Working luncheon menu is negotiable. Any one interested please contact Margaret K.
